Junya Watanabe launched his eponymous line in conjunction with Comme des Garcons in 1993 after working as a designer for the brand prior. Watanabe's designs reference punk and romantic aesthetics and the method of deconstruction. Crafted from cotton denim in collaboration with Levi's, the Garment Treated Denim Jeans feature a straight silhouette with a contrast corduroy panel on the back.
